Refund & Return Policy
Below is our Refund & Return Policy-
1.After placing the order but before dispatch customer can cancel the order any time if he/she wish to. If the order is prepaid, the refund amount automatically credited to customer's wallet within 1 day.
2.If customer place a cancel request after dispatch of the order, it'll be communicated to courier company but there are chances that this order can not be cancelled. In that case you can refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery.
if it is a prepaid order your wallet will be credited with order amount after product is received back in our warehouse.
3. if order is delivered but you want to return (no reason is required) , you can place a request for return within 3 days of delivery of such order. if it is a prepaid or COD paid order, the amount will be credited to the wallet after receiving the product back to our warehouse. you may need to submit picture of item to place a return request on our website or through WhatsApp.
4. If product is delivered damaged, you can submit picture thru our website or WhatsApp along with refund or replacement. In case of replacement, new replacement order will be shipped within 1 day time. If it is a refund request, it will be credited to your wallet in 1 day time.
5. In case of customer’s request for Refund back to their account (only for prepaid orders) , it will be processed through same payment mode (from which payment is made like credit card, wallet or UPI) within 7 working days after receiving the order back in our warehouse in good condition.
6. Any Refund/replacement request will be accepted only if product is unused and customer promises to return it in original/safe packaging. Refund request will be accepted if such request is made within 3 days of delivery of the product. No refund or replacement request is entertained if it is made made after 3 days of delivery of order.
7. Item once used can not be returned/exchanged or refunded even if it is cleaned or washed by customer. Company’s decision will be binding.
8. Replacement request will be accepted only if product is courier damage or product is defective. Customer should report such damage/defect with picture along with picture of shipping box through WhatsApp/website.
